Key Responsibilities
- School Outreach & Counseling: Travel to assigned schools to conduct student counseling sessions, webinars, and educational assessment activities.
- Proctoring & Assessment Support: Manage Versant proctoring software, schedule interviews, and assist with Scholar Connect and assessment events.
- Lead Engagement: Contact prospective candidates from the internal database to counsel students and parents regarding academic and career paths.
- Documentation & Data Management: Maintain candidate records, eligibility statuses, assessment progress, and coordinate document collection for offer releases.
- Stakeholder & Event Participation: Participate in promotional events organized by government bodies and educational stakeholders.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity logs and candidate call reports within defined timelines.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Qualifications
1. Educational Qualifications & Batch Year
- Degree: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation degree.
- Passing Year:
- Completed graduation/post-graduation in 2025 or 2026, OR
- Currently in the final semester graduating in 2027.
2. PMIS Scheme Eligibility Conditions
- Age Limit: 18 to 24 Years.
- Family Income: Annual family income must be less than ₹12 Lakhs per annum.
- Government Employment Exclusions:
- Candidates whose parents are currently employed in the Government sector are NOT eligible.
- Candidates whose parents are retired Government employees ARE eligible.
3. Core Competencies
- Strong spoken English and regional language communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively for field-oriented school activities.
