Key Responsibilities
- Customer Needs Assessment: Connect with prospective and existing clients virtually to evaluate their financial goals, family protection needs, and retirement planning options.
- Solution Recommendation: Present and explain suitable life insurance products, wealth plans, child education funds, and term protection solutions (e.g., iProtect Smart).
- Policy Application & Documentation: Assist clients with digital policy application forms, document verification, and onboarding workflows using ICICI’s remote platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Provide ongoing policy support, manage renewals, maintain accurate interaction records in CRM tools, and build long-term advisory relationships.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Profile
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Education: Graduation in Any Stream (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BCA, B.E./B.Tech, etc.). Degree in Finance or Business is an added advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in life insurance, financial consulting, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are eligible.
2. Core Competencies & Skills
- Practical understanding of insurance, wealth management, and financial planning basics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Strong consulting orientation, problem-solving skills, and active listening capabilities.
- High comfort level operating digital platforms, CRM systems, and remote communication tools.
