Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries primarily through live web chat channels.
- Educate existing and prospective clients on SaaS products and service features.
- Handle customer escalations and take occasional voice calls when required.
- Maintain team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics consistently.
- Build personalized rapport with users to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in chat, email, or customer-facing roles.
- Communication: Exceptional oral and written English communication skills.
- Technical & Typing Skills: High typing speed with strong accuracy; ability to manage multiple chat threads simultaneously.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work rotational night shifts and visit the Chennai office twice a week.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service orientation.
