Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Zonal HR leads and business heads to support day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) HR activities.
- Maintain and manage accurate HR MIS reports and internal data trackers.
- Maintain regular connects with employees to drive engagement and address operational queries.
- Support end-to-end HR Operations and coordinate closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
- Assist in recruitment execution and execute employee engagement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
- Educational Qualification: Postgraduates (Any PG background).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years (Open to hiring motivated freshers).
- Skills Required:
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in reporting and HR MIS management.
- Willingness to learn core HR functions and operational workflows.
