Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls for leading banking clients.
- Resolve banking product inquiries, account concerns, and service requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate guidance regarding financial products, policies, and operational features.
- Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores while following process guidelines and financial compliance norms.
- Consistently meet team productivity metrics and service quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
- Education: Undergraduates or Any Graduates are eligible to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal communication skills in English combined with fluency in any one regional language: Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, or Tamil.
- Technical Skills: Basic operational computer knowledge.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and operate on a 6-day workweek layout.
