Key Responsibilities
- Handle non-voice backend data processing, claim updates, and customer support queries for US Healthcare clients.
- Maintain accurate records and process healthcare documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Meet daily productivity standards and maintain high accuracy levels across operational workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve process-related queries during rotational shifts.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Qualifications
- Education: Strictly Arts & Science Graduates only (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.C.A., B.B.A. / B.M.S.).
- Exclusions: B.E., B.Tech, Diploma, and Postgraduate (PG) candidates are not eligible for this drive.
- Eligible Years of Passing: 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-outs.
- Skills Required:
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and fast comprehension abilities.
- Flexibility to work in rotational night/day shifts.
