Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and operations of Core network architecture.
- Coordinate with device and product teams to establish operational requirements for 4G, 3G, and roaming capabilities.
- Support 4G, 3G, and 2G core operations and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service parameters.
- Assist in subscriber provisioning flows, authentication validation, and charging systems.
- Support interconnect testing, roaming verification, and analyze call flow or signaling issues.
- Troubleshoot core network alarms and outages while documenting configuration updates.
- Coordinate closely with RAN (Radio Access Network) and transport teams to support node upgrades and new rollouts.
Eligibility Criteria & Technical Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in relevant engineering streams.
- Experience: Pure freshers.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Fundamental understanding of 4G, 3G, and 2G network architectures.
- Knowledge of signaling protocols basics and basic IP networking concepts.
- Familiarity with standard telecom operational frameworks.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and network KPI interpretation abilities, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
