Responsibilities – 

• Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results, align business practice with people to drive effective performance
• Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
• Identify, analyze, scale and implement best practices suited for the organization through effective HR
• Develop effective partnership with employees, managers and ensure positive work environment. Create a robust employee network
• Implement talent management strategies and develop relationship with business to drive org goals
• Be the guardian of change management for changes that have any people implications  
• Create effective analytical tools and reports to analyze employee information. Enable managers and leaders with proactive solutions to address people challenges and foster positive work environment
• Identify HR intervention needs, create appropriate programs, actively participate in HR interventions and projects and ensure timely completion.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay –  For HR Partner post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,500 – 41,600 per month approximately.
