We are looking for a creative content specialist to join our Customer Experience team. As a Social Media Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in engaging and inspiring our target audience by crafting compelling and persuasive content for our customers across social media platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Establish (from scratch!) and maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice for our alternative social media handles
- Produce content (e.g., visual guides, personalized social media engagement) to enhance our online presence
- Contribute to projects from initial ideas to launch through creative storytelling
- Collaborate with product and design teams to conceptualize and bring ideas to life
- Liaise with designers to ensure uniform brand communication across all channels
- Work on multiple projects and meet challenging deadlines
Pre-requisites:
- Proficiency in creating engaging copy and personalized content for social media platforms, particularly Twitter
- Skilled in creating visually appealing content such as guides and tooltips, utilizing various graphic design tools like Figma to create striking visuals and informational graphics
