Role Description
As an Invoice and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Accurate and timely data entry of invoices.
- Processing and invoicing orders.
- Downloading orders from EDI systems.
You will work with ERP systems such as Mas90/Sage and GreatPlains and utilize Microsoft Excel extensively. This role is ideal for team players who thrive in fast-paced and punctual environments.
Daily Responsibilities
- Entering invoice data accurately into the system.
- Managing and processing customer orders.
- Downloading and organizing orders from EDI systems.
- Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with mass market retailers and EDI systems is a plus.
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to punctuality and precision.
Note: Prior experience is not mandatory as we will provide comprehensive training.
