About the Role

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. This role involves troubleshooting, software testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in critical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical problems.
