💼 Internship Overview – Vendor Management Office (VMO)

Adobe is offering a Returnship Internship program designed for professionals looking to restart their careers or transition into vendor and staffing management.

As an Intern in the Vendor Management Office (VMO), you’ll work with cross-functional teams to manage external staffing vendors, optimize operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with Adobe’s global policies.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with staffing vendors and third-party partners.
• Oversee end-to-end staffing operations, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with HR, procurement, and business leaders to meet hiring goals.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews, governance meetings, and compliance audits.
• Track and analyze staffing metrics such as time-to-fill, cost per hire, and selection ratios.
• Support strategic vendor initiatives to improve efficiency and cost optimization.
