📋 Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR) through calls and analysis.
- Utilize tools to resolve issues: payment follow-ups, corrected submissions, appeals, patient transfers, or adjustments.
- Identify trends in denials, claim errors, or credentialing issues and report them to managers.
- Achieve daily production and quality SLAs.
- Update call outcomes and maintain documentation in the billing system.
- Stay updated on process policies (P&Ps) and integrate feedback for performance improvement.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate Freshers – BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS), MBA, MCA, Maths
- Passing Out Years: 2020 – 2024
- ❌ Not Eligible: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / Diploma
