Role: Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller (International Voice Process)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualification: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths), MBA, MCA, or 10+2+Diploma (Note: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech are not eligible)
Eligible Batch: 2019 to 2025 (Final semester results mandatory for 2025 batch)
Experience: Freshers only

Location: Chennai – Ambattur
Shift Timing:
05:30 PM to 2:30 AM
07:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night shift – US Process)
Transport: Two-way cab available (within limits)
🧠 Roles & Responsibilities
Make calls and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables (AR)
Analyze claims and initiate payment, correction, or appeals
Report trends in denials, errors, or billing issues to managers
Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for quality and productivity
Update call outcomes in the billing system clearly
Follow process policies and stay updated on changes
Improve based on feedback from audit and reporting teams
🗣️ Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Willingness to work in night shifts
Basic analytical and logical thinking
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to healthcare processes
