Job Overview

Amazon is looking for talented and detail-oriented Associate Quality Service professionals to work on device testing and quality assurance. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards in product testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute quality testing on Amazon devices, applications, and services.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and daily testing tasks.
• Identify and report defects using standard tools and trackers.
• Meet productivity and quality targets consistently.
• Participate in cross-training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company assets.
• Support in process improvement ideas and assist new team members.

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of software or hardware testing is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
