Amazon is currently hiring for the role of Digital Marketing Associate at their Chennai Development Center.
🔸 Perform marketing operations to improve content visibility on Amazon platforms.
🔸 Use marketing tools and operation workflow tools for daily tasks.
🔸 Edit and fix content quickly following Amazon’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
🔸 Track and meet productivity targets (Titles per hour), quality standards (Defect %), and SLA timelines.
🔸 Identify errors in content and ensure high-quality delivery.
🔸 Coordinate with global Amazon stakeholders for status updates and issue resolution.
🔸 Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in marketing operations.
✔️ Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (All Streams)
✔️ Basic Knowledge: MS Office, Excel (Basic formulas, data handling)
✔️ Analytical Skills: Ability to solve basic math and logic problems
✔️ Communication Skills: Good reading, writing, and speaking abilities in English
✔️ Exposure to XML standards (Optional)
✔️ Knowledge of SQL (Writing simple queries)
✔️ Experience with Python / Selenium for basic task automation (Preferred but not mandatory)
✔️ Prior experience in publishing, content editing, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
