🧑💼 Role: HR Associate Partner
As an HR Associate Partner, you will work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBP), operations leaders, and support teams to implement HR plans and drive strategic business results. The role requires handling high volumes of work, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth onboarding of associates by coaching Team Leaders and Learning Ambassadors
- Partner with COEs to resolve attendance, leave, and payroll issues
- Own and drive Associate Centered Leadership (ACL) practices
- Build employee engagement and connect with the workforce
- Maintain headcount in coordination with HRBP and WFS teams
- Support a positive Employee Relations (ER) environment
- Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies
- Prepare MIS reports and analyze HR data for insights
- Work on continuous improvement (Kaizen) initiatives
- Ensure 100% labor law compliance
- Coordinate with manpower agencies for payroll, benefits, and disciplinary actions
✅ Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ months of HR experience
- 6+ months experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience handling confidential information
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
