🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

As part of Amazon’s Transaction Risk Management Team, you’ll be helping eliminate fraud and risk in online transactions. You’ll evaluate seller activity, analyze Safe-T claims, and take timely actions based on Amazon’s procedures.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate seller transactions and identify potential risks
• Take action based on standard operating procedures
• Communicate with customers via phone or email during the investigation
• Analyze data and document decisions with high accuracy
• Escalate critical issues to internal stakeholders as required
• Meet productivity and quality targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply)
• Skills Required:
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with data handling and documentation
