About the Role

As a Team Lead Intern at Amazon, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at one or more delivery sites. Your key duties will include overseeing inbound and outbound activities, ensuring safety, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement in delivery operations.

This role requires you to be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling both day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site operations for large or multiple delivery locations.
• Execute inbound and outbound processes while meeting customer-facing metrics and cost targets.
• Lead, motivate, and coach team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Implement Amazon policies fairly and consistently, including attendance tracking.
• Conduct 4M and 5S audits daily to maintain operational excellence.
• Prepare and implement training and development plans for associates.
• Partner with third-party delivery providers to meet service contract standards.
• Stand in for the Area Manager when required.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate with interest in customer-facing, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing roles.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent people management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire others.
• Good analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
• Familiarity with Amazon systems or similar platforms.
