The Network Operation Center (NOC) plays a vital role in ensuring smooth, on-time transportation — managing vendor pickups, fulfillment center deliveries, and carrier operations.

🚀 Role Overview – Transportation Representative (IB Sked)

The Transportation Representative works within Amazon’s Inbound Operations Team to coordinate shipments, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth delivery of freight to Amazon Fulfillment Centers.

You’ll act as a communication bridge between multiple stakeholders — vendors, carriers, and warehouse teams — ensuring that operations run seamlessly and on schedule.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule freight delivery appointments at Fulfillment Centers (FCs).
• Monitor and resolve inbound issues between vendors, carriers, and FCs.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and improve process efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain business continuity and ensure superior customer and vendor experience.
• Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational performance.

🎯 Who Can Apply

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Prior experience in transportation, operations, or vendor management.
• Strong decision-making and data analysis ability.

🌎 About the NOC Inbound Team

The NOC Inbound Team is responsible for managing the end-to-end shipment process — from vendor pickup to final delivery at Amazon warehouses. This includes appointment scheduling, prioritization, and ensuring timely resolution of exceptions.

The team operates globally, supporting inbound logistics for India, AMET (South Africa, UAE, KSA, Egypt, Turkey), Australia, Japan, Singapore, Brazil, and Mexico.
