Job Overview
Amazon’s Transportation Representative (L2) is the primary interface between the company and delivery partners/seller points of contact. In this role, you represent Amazon and ensure delivery issues are resolved quickly while maintaining the highest service standards.
You will handle escalations, track performance metrics, and contribute to improving logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Transportation Representative, you will:
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with stakeholders
- Provide fast and efficient support to delivery partners and Amazon customers
- Handle sensitive issues and escalate them through the defined escalation matrix
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills
- Meet or exceed performance and productivity targets
- Identify improvement opportunities using logical reasoning
- Analyze trends and suggest process enhancements
Basic Qualifications

- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong comprehension abilities
- Ability to focus and resolve issues without distractions
- Experience working both independently and in team environments
