Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shift operations and allocate jobs to associates.
- Monitor, mentor, and manage associates on productivity, quality, and safety.
- Handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
- Prepare and execute training and development plans for team members.
- Conduct regular audits (4M and 5S) of workstations.
- Stand-in for Area Manager as required.
Job Deliverables
- Ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders.
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making to handle count discrepancies and process issues.
- Promote adherence to Amazon’s standard work practices, ensuring safety and quality.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
