What You’ll Do
Unlike traditional call centers, Amazon doesn’t believe in scripts. As an Associate, you are empowered to be yourself. Your primary goal is to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email.
- Assisting with order tracking, product questions, payment issues, and website navigation.
- Using advanced internal tools to research and provide effective solutions.
- Delivering a personalized, “human” experience in every interaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to meet the following criteria:
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and have the right to work in India.
- Communication: Strong fluency in English (both written and oral).
- Tech Skills: Comfortable using a computer and navigating multiple software tools.
- Environment: A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated desk and chair.
- Internet Specs: A hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi) with at least 100MB download and 10MB upload speeds.
Shift Patterns & Availability
Customer needs don’t stop, which means flexibility is key.
- Working Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week.
- Shifts: Rotating patterns including early mornings, late evenings, and overnights.
- Operating Window: Shifts are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, Sunday through Monday.
- Holidays: Availability to work on national holidays and weekends is required.
