🔍 Job Overview – Process Assistant at Amazon
Amazon is hiring Process Assistants to support its operations and fulfillment center teams in Karnataka. This is a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining high-quality service levels.
📝 Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during assigned shifts
- Administer task allocations to associates
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
- Guide and mentor warehouse associates
- Conduct regular audits (4M & 5S audits)
- Prepare and execute training plans
- Act as the backup for Area Managers when required
✅ Basic Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
