🎯 Job Purpose
The Associate Relationship Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, retaining existing clients, and driving new business growth through product sales and customer acquisition. The role focuses on home loans and loan against property (LAP) products in rural and semi-urban markets.

- Identify new markets and generate leads through:

- Login to sanction
- Documentation to disbursement
- Customer counselling and handholding
- Coordinate with collections team to prevent EMI defaults

🎓 Educational Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline:
- BA / BCom / BBA / BSc / BTech / BE
- Or any other recognized graduate degree
💼 Experience Required
