  • Experience Required: 0–5 years (Freshers Eligible)
  • Salary Range: ₹1–4.5 LPA
  • Education Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution
  • Shift: Rotational shifts (24×7) – No night shift for female employees
  • Week Off: Two rotational week-offs
  • Joining: Immediate joiners only

About Axis Phones

Axis Phones is the virtual customer service division of Axis Bank, engaging with customers through inbound contact centres. The team ensures seamless service delivery, cross-sells/upsells financial products, and supports banking operations for improved customer satisfaction.

Role Purpose

The Phones Officer role focuses on rendering services to Axis Bank customers, resolving queries promptly, and providing financial solutions through cross-selling and upselling. The goal is to deliver excellent customer experience, ensure process efficiency, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service

  • Handle customer queries with complete ownership.
  • Provide courteous and accurate service.
  • Resolve complaints at the first instance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the right department.

2. Process Efficiency

  • Adhere to bank product and process guidelines.
  • Meet call quality and productivity targets.
  • Ensure minimal call handling time with maximum resolution.

3. Sales & Cross-Selling

  • Promote loans, mortgages, priority accounts, and elite accounts.
  • Identify customer needs and offer relevant financial solutions.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Fluency in English (local language is an advantage).
  • Strong customer handling skills.
  • Proficiency in banking systems.
  • Sales orientation with target achievement focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
