Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field sales activities
- Promote banking products such as current accounts, savings accounts, credit cards, and other retail liability products
- Conduct door-to-door visits and explain product benefits to potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets for account openings and customer acquisition
- Increase cross-selling opportunities through customer engagement
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers can apply)
- Candidates with 1–6 years of field sales experience in banking get added advantage
- Strong knowledge of CASA, retail liabilities, and field sales operations
- Excellent communication skills and customer handling ability
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
