About the Role – Team Member (Asset Transition Services)

The Asset Transition Services team is responsible for handling ACAT and non-ACAT transfers, ensuring timely asset delivery, and maintaining compliance with FINRA regulations. This role involves coordination across departments to minimize risk, process Abandoned Property accounts, and manage client asset transitions.

You will play a key part in ensuring seamless client servicing, process accuracy, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Approve, initiate, and follow up on asset transfers (ACAT & non-ACAT).
• Review and process Abandoned Account forms for reinstatement or liquidation.
• Communicate effectively with Line of Business (LOB), Branch Offices, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with Global Reconciliation Governance (GRG) policies.
• Identify and escalate control issues or process improvement opportunities.
• Deliver a high level of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Work efficiently under pressure with multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Graduate (Commerce stream preferred).
• Experience: 0 – 36 months (Freshers can apply).
• Skills:
  • Strong communication (verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of finance, mutual funds, and securities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work night shifts.

• 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM IST
• 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM IST
• 07:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST
