Role Description

As an Invoice and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Accurate and timely data entry of invoices.
• Processing and invoicing orders.
• Downloading orders from EDI systems.

You will work with ERP systems such as Mas90/Sage and GreatPlains and utilize Microsoft Excel extensively. This role is ideal for team players who thrive in fast-paced and punctual environments.

Daily Responsibilities

• Entering invoice data accurately into the system.
• Managing and processing customer orders.
• Downloading and organizing orders from EDI systems.
• Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with mass market retailers and EDI systems is a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to punctuality and precision.

Note: Prior experience is not mandatory as we will provide comprehensive training.
