🧑💼 About the Role
As a Territory Service Representative, you will handle last-mile delivery and pickup operations within the assigned territory. The role involves scanning, sorting, delivering shipments, handling COD amounts, and ensuring timely pickups as per SOPs.
Training will be provided to understand Blue Dart’s delivery process and systems.
🚚 Key Responsibilities
📦 Delivery Operations
- Unload shipment bags from delivery vehicle
- Scan shipments and perform primary & secondary sorting
- Outscan shipments as per delivery route
- Deliver parcels strictly to the mentioned package address
- Take customer acknowledgement through device (BYOD)
- Update correct status codes for undelivered shipments
- Hand over COD amount to supervisor on the same day
- Return undelivered shipments to supervisor
- Follow proper dress code and carry field bags at all delivery points
📥 Pickup Operations
- Perform pickups as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure timely pickup as per cut-off timings
- Verify serviceable locations
- Count shipments and take acknowledgement on pickup sheet
- Inscan shipments at office and handle rapid entry
- Perform primary & secondary sorting
- Bag shipments and load canvas bags into vehicles
- Reach connection locations on time for dispatch
🎓 Eligibility & Requirements
- Physically fit for field delivery & pickup work
- Willing to work in outdoor and fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of scanning devices & mobile apps
- Ability to follow delivery routes and SOPs
- Discipline in cash (COD) handling and reporting
