🎯 Job Responsibilities
✔️ Customer Billing Support: Assist customers with billing, refunds, cancellations, and account-related queries.
✔️ User Management: Help customers manage accounts, plan upgrades/downgrades, and vendor onboarding.
✔️ Issue Resolution: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and inbound calls.
✔️ Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales and engineering teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
✔️ 24/7 Support: Be part of a global team providing round-the-clock assistance.
💼 Eligibility & Skills Required
✅ Education: No specific degree requirement, but relevant experience is preferred.
✅ Experience: 1-3 years in a similar customer support role (Billing/Service Desk experience is a plus).
✅ Communication: Excellent written & spoken English.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Ability to navigate online platforms & troubleshooting tools.
✅ Flexibility: Comfortable with rotational shifts and a fast-paced work environment.
✅ Problem-Solving: Quick learner with strong multitasking and coordination skills.
