Job Overview
Capgemini Exceller is inviting 2025 graduates to apply for the Contact Support Group (CSG) role at its Noida location. This role is part of Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services division and is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, IT support, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support and problem resolution via phone, chat, and email.
- Manage IT service tickets, prioritize urgency, and ensure quick issue resolution.
- Use business intelligence tools to analyze support data and optimize processes.
- Maintain a strong knowledge base for common issues and solutions.
- Support clients across domains like Telecommunications, Healthcare, Finance, and Technology.
- Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work night shifts and relocate if required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed any 3-year diploma or graduation in 2025.
- Must have an active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked with Aadhar.
- Open to relocation and rotational shifts.
- Indian citizens only.
Selection Process
- Only shortlisted candidates will receive an invitation for the online assessment.
- Selection will be done virtually.
- Candidates must ensure they have a proper setup (internet, system, webcam) for the online process.
Salary and Benefits
- Annual Package: ₹3.25 LPA
- ₹3.00 LPA fixed pay
- ₹25,000 one-time joining incentive
