About Contact Support Group (CSG)
CSG is part of Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division, acting as the first line of defense in managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests. Using a business intelligence approach, CSG handles support through multiple channels including email, voice, chat, self-service portals, and AI-powered bots.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide best-in-class customer service, technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution over voice and digital channels.
- Manage ticket lifecycle – prioritize, categorize, track, and update customers on status.
- Use business intelligence tools to analyze ticket data and improve service.
- Ensure first contact resolution for customer queries.
- Support customers across industries – Telecom, Finance, Healthcare, Technology.
- Troubleshoot issues like internet connectivity, password resets, profile updates.
- Use Capgemini’s AI bot – CHIP to improve response time and customer experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base for issue resolution.
Desired Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts.
- Openness to relocate and work night shifts if required.
Eligibility
- Education: Any 3-year diploma or graduation completed in 2025.
- Nationality: Indian citizens only.
- Must have an active DigiLocker account and a mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
