🧠 About the Role:

As a Client Data Analyst, you will be part of the Global Financial Crimes and Compliance (GFCC) team. Your key responsibility is to review customer records, analyze financial transactions, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML standards.

This role demands strong research skills, risk awareness, and attention to detail—perfect for graduates passionate about data analysis and financial crime compliance.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data and transaction history to detect potential risks
• Verify client information using modern research tools
• Interact with bankers and clients to collect required KYC documentation
• Determine if further escalation to AML investigations is needed
• Record findings, maintain case files, and report progress
• Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professional standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of cases

✅ Required Qualifications:

• Graduation in B.Com / B.A
• Basic understanding of AML/BSA/KYC compliance
• Strong research, communication, and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations
• Experience or awareness of tools like EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV is a plus
