Title: Fresher (Apprentice)

Position: Non-Technical

Role: Revenue Cycle Management (Accounts Receivable / Credit Balance/Medical Billing/Payment Posting)

Walk-In Date: Feb 15, 2025 (Saturday)

Work Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Onsite (all 5 days work from office)

Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts(03:30 PM – 12:30 AM / General)

Education: Any Non-Engineering Graduates / Pharma / Nursing / Life-Sciences

CTC: 3L per annum

Venue: Ramanujan IT City SEZ, Cambridge Tower, Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Taramani, Chennai 600113

Essential Responsibilities

• Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status.
• Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
• Receive payment information if the claims has been processed.
• Analyze claims in case of rejections.
• Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
• Also, Experience with Insurance Eligibility Verification.

Must Have:

• Strong Communication Skills
• Should be flexible to work in US shifts.

Education

• Should be a Graduate in any Stream

Good to Have:

• 0-6 Months in Revenue Cycle and Delivery Management
