About Job Role
Travel consultant role is to manage bookings for customers who are planning their travel using Airline portal & handle all travel related queries including refunds & amendments via OB/IB calls, chats & back-office functions.
Job key deliverables expected
- Should be good in managing / handling customer queries and irate customers & providing faster resolution
- Should be able to work in live contact center environments with pre schedule breaks
- Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge not required
- Should have customer centric mindset and good on showing empathy in chat as well
- Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal (English) European languages (optional)
- Should be able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Taking Ownership & act responsibly with Organization’s guidelines
- Flexible to work with roster offs & shifts
- Rotational shifts
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
- Basic knowledge on Google Suit (Docs, Sheetsetc.) and Keyboard Skills Excellent typing speed
