Eligibility Criteria

Cognizant is hiring for three different domains under the Analyst Trainee role:

1. IT & Integrated Smart Operations

Degree: B.Sc / BCA
Streams: Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Statistics
Academic Score: Minimum 60% in X, XII, and UG
No standing arrears allowed
Graduating Year: 2025

2. Multicloud Services

Degree: Any 3-year full-time degree
Academic Score: Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG
Flexible to work in shifts and any location
Graduating Year: 2025

3. Digital Workplace Services

Degree: Any 3-year full-time degree
Academic Score: Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG
Strong communication & problem-solving skills required
Graduating Year: 2025

⚠️ Note: Students with arrears or awaiting re-evaluation results are not eligible. Be sure to have all your documents and PAN card ready for the hiring process.

Job Responsibilities (Role-Wise)

For IT & Integrated Smart Operations:

Perform database queries and write stored procedures
Execute manual/automated test cases
Handle service tickets and root cause analysis
Use ITSM tools and demonstrate innovation

For Multicloud:

Monitor production environments, incident management
Provide support for Windows, Network, Cloud, and DB issues
Follow SOPs, maintain customer compliance

For Digital Workplace Services:

Provide first-level IT support
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
Ensure smooth functioning of user systems and IT services

Technical understanding (based on role)
