Cognizant has announced a major fresher hiring drive for Analyst Trainee roles across PAN India locations. This opportunity is open for 2024 and 2025 graduates from multiple 3-year UG degree programs. Selected candidates will be aligned to Multicloud, Digital Workplace Services, Integrated Smart Operations, or IT practices based on performance and credentials.

🧑💻 Role: Analyst Trainee (Fresher)
The Analyst Trainee role is aligned to different technology streams based on hiring outcomes:
🔹 IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- Perform database queries and CRUD operations
- Write stored procedures
- Prepare and execute test cases (manual/automation)
- Analyze and resolve service tickets
- Work with IT Service Management & Data Analytics tools
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
🔹 Multicloud
- Monitor and administer computing environments
- Incident management & production server monitoring
- Support Windows, Network, Database, Storage, Cloud & Messaging systems
- Follow SOPs, security, and compliance standards
- Participate in CSI (Continuous Service Improvement)
🔹 Digital Workplace Services
- Provide first-line technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
- Log, track, and resolve IT tickets
- Collaborate with internal IT teams
- Maintain documentation and knowledge base

- Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
For IT & Integrated Smart Operations
- 3-year UG degree: BCA, BSc (CS/IT/Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Statistics/Electronics)
- 2024 or 2025 graduates only
- Minimum 60% throughout academics (X, XII, UG)
- No arrears at the time of joining
For Multicloud & Digital Workplace Services
- Any 3-year UG degree (BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, BCom, BMS, BVoc, etc.)
- 2024 or 2025 graduates only
- Minimum 50% in academics
- No standing arrears
- Must be flexible to relocate and work from any Cognizant location
📌 Note: Candidates who attended Cognizant assessments/interviews in the last 6 months should not apply.
