📘 Eligibility Criteria
General Requirements:
- Graduating batch: 2025 only
- Degree: Any 3-year full-time UG degree (BCA, B.Sc. – IT, CS, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.)
- Academic Consistency:
- IT & ISO: Minimum 60% in X, XII, and UG
- Other Streams: Minimum 50%
- No standing arrears at the time of joining
- Eligible Candidates: Indian nationals / OCIs residing in India

- Manage cloud environments (Windows, Network, Storage, Messaging)
- Follow SOPs and customer security guidelines
- Handle incidents and monitor infrastructure
🔹 Digital Workplace Services
- Provide 1st-level IT support to clients
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- Maintain tickets, documentation, and knowledge base
- Work in client-facing and shift-based environments
