- Education:
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance)
- Documents Required:
- 10th & 12th Mark sheets
- UG Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet
- If PG pursued: Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet
- Experience: Strictly for freshers (no prior work experience).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in night shifts.
🔹 Roles and Responsibilities
As a Process Executive in Finance Operations (AR/AP), your key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices in client applications
- Reviewing invoice details and resolving discrepancies
- Handling unprocessable or parked invoices
- Managing payment processing and period close reconciliation
- Applying payments to customer accounts
- Running dunning reports for collections
- Researching customer accounts and resolving issues
- Month-end reporting and contract pricing updates
🔹 Skills Required
- Basic accounting knowledge (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable)
- Strong understanding of finance concepts
- MS Office proficiency & typing skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail & problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of Visual Basic / Macros is an added advantage
