🔍 Job Summary
Position: Process Executive – B&L
Location: Chennai & Hyderabad
Shift: Night Shift Only (6:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST)
Experience Required: 0–6 months
Work Mode: On-site (No remote option)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer account information using client-specific applications
- Handle bank branch requests and maintain internal client relationships
- Respond to ad-hoc queries and escalate issues promptly
- Review and complete daily workflow tasks from commercial bankers and customers
- Ensure compliance with SLAs regarding accuracy, TAT, and quality
- Gain proficiency in proprietary client tools and systems with minimal training
- Pay close attention to detail and handle repetitive processes efficiently
