🧪 Key Responsibilities

Process and manage Auto and Property insurance claims
Communicate with clients and internal teams to gather data and resolve discrepancies
Use MS Office tools to maintain documentation and reports
Provide timely updates and ensure accurate tracking of claim status
Contribute to process improvements and performance goals
Prepare presentations and reports for management
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive claim information

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Insurance Claims (Auto, Property, or P&C preferred)
Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent analytical and communication skills
