As a Technology Specialist at Cognizant, you will:
This role is perfect for professionals experienced in Google Workspace tools, IT device management, and end-user support.
✅ Enroll and manage ChromeOS devices in the Google Admin Console.
✅ Configure and enforce device policies, ensuring security, compliance, and updates.
✅ Create and manage Organizational Units (OUs) for departments or user groups.
✅ Troubleshoot Chromebook and Google Workspace issues.
✅ Manage Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other Workspace apps.
✅ Provide technical training and support to end-users.
✅ Coordinate with vendors for procurement, licensing, and warranty claims.
✅ Monitor and resolve mail delivery, file sharing, and access control issues.
✅ Develop documentation for IT teams and users.
✅ Stay updated with Google product changes and new features.
