📝 Job Description – Analyst Trainee
Selected candidates will work as Analyst Trainees, providing technical support to global clients. Responsibilities include:
- Providing first-level IT support to end-users.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Logging and tracking support tickets with proper documentation.
- Collaborating with IT teams for escalations and faster resolutions.
- Maintaining knowledge base and process documentation.
