🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2022, 2023, or 2024 (and 2025 pass-outs if eligible)
- Only 3-year full-time UG degrees accepted:
👉 BCA, B.Sc (CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Statistics, etc.) - Minimum 50% aggregate in 10th, 12th, and UG
- Not Eligible: BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, MCA, MSc, or any post-graduate degree holders
- Must be open to working night shifts and rotational shifts
- Must be flexible to relocate and work from any Cognizant office
- Indian nationals only
💼 Job Description
As an Analyst Trainee, you will:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
- Maintain IT documentation and ticket tracking
- Communicate clearly and effectively with international clients
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when required
