As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and providing high-quality support across multiple channels such as voice calls, emails, web chat, or backend documentation. Your main goal is to resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and service requests professionally
- Provide first-contact resolution wherever possible
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, chats, or backend tasks
- Stay updated on process changes, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Complete training successfully with required toll-gate scores
- Accurately update customer information in internal systems
- Escalate issues to the Team Leader when required
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and consistent performance
- Follow company policies, HR guidelines, and code of conduct
- Work collaboratively as a team player to achieve targets
