Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Executive at Cult, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints via multiple channels (calls & emails)
- Resolving 9–10 customer tickets per hour efficiently
- Understanding product features for effective issue resolution
- Maintaining accurate customer interaction and transaction records
- Coordinating with internal teams for faster problem resolution
- Providing a customer-first, empathetic support experience
- Owning each customer interaction to ensure high satisfaction
- Reporting product and service-related issues and trends to support teams

Eligibility & Requirements
