Job Description – Roles & Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive at Cult, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints via multiple channels (calls & emails)
  • Resolving 9–10 customer tickets per hour efficiently
  • Understanding product features for effective issue resolution
  • Maintaining accurate customer interaction and transaction records
  • Coordinating with internal teams for faster problem resolution
  • Providing a customer-first, empathetic support experience
  • Owning each customer interaction to ensure high satisfaction
  • Reporting product and service-related issues and trends to support teams
