About the Role
The Apprentice program at Cushman & Wakefield is designed for freshers and students to gain practical exposure over 6 months to 1 year. As a Valuation & Advisory Apprentice, you will be involved in:

• Conducting primary field surveys and interacting with local brokers
• Preparing databases for various real estate asset classes
• Conducting research on luxury real estate trends, AIFs, retail industry trends, and mega infrastructure projects
• Evaluating India’s consumption story and its impact on different real estate segments
• Maintaining a comprehensive database of projects, developers, and investors

Who Can Apply?

• Undergraduates in Finance or any engineering discipline
• MBA graduates in Marketing, Data Management, or Finance
• Candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Individuals proficient in Excel with high attention to detail
