🎯 What You Will Do (Work Brief)
As a Trainee, you will act as the direct link between the client and their customers. Your goal is to make it as easy as possible for customers to do business by:
Multichannel Support: Responding to queries via Voice, Email, Web Chat, or Backend documentation.
