🧑‍💻 Job Description

Sutherland is seeking candidates for International Non-Voice Support. You will be responsible for handling real-time chat and voice calls, resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Handle chat and email support for international clients
• Assist customers with queries and issues in a timely manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow communication protocols and process documentation

✅ Job Requirements

• Education: Any Graduate (Fresher or with up to 5 years of experience)
• Experience: Minimum 0–6 months in voice/non-voice international process preferred
• Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational schedules
  • Immediate joiners preferred

🕒 Work Conditions

• 🗓️ 5-day work week (rotational shifts)
• 🌃 Predominantly night shifts
• 🏢 Work From Office
• 🚗 Two-way cab facility (within 25 km of office)
